Get Your Gun Rights or Firearms License Reinstated
Are you in jeopardy of losing your firearms rights or having your concealed carry permit suspended? Or maybe you already have? Losing your gun rights is a big deal. Sometimes good people make mistakes and find themselves in bad situations.
The Courts have been known to reinstate firearms rights and firearms licenses in certain situations. They may require the completion of a firearms safety class, among other things, in order to order the reinstatement. A gun safety class may also be a requirement of court-ordered probation or pretrial diversion.
No matter what the situation, if a judge has ordered you to attend a gun safety class, this class is for you. Since students taking this class are typically prohibited from possessing firearms by court order, this is a non-firing safety class and we do not handle real firearms.
Concealed Carry Rules and Regulations
This class is a 1-on-1 gun safety class and available by appointment only.
The course tuition is $150, and includes a copy of FLORIDA FIREARMS Law, Use & Ownership by Jon H. Gutmacher, Esq.

- Self-Defense Firearm Basics
- Conflict Avoidance and Situational Awareness
- The Legal Use of Force
- Florida Concealed Carry Rules and Regulations
- Locations Where Carrying Is Prohibited, or Otherwise Restricted
- Related Statutes and Federal Law
Upon successful completion you will receive a personalized certificate of completion and letter for the Court as proof of compliance.
